Frannie Léautier is Managing Partner of Mkoba Fund and Distinguished Professor at Sciences Po in Paris, France. Previously she was Executive Secretary of the African Capacity Building Foundation and Vice President at the World Bank. Author of several books, including Cities in a Globalizing World: Governance, Performance, and Sustainability (2006), she serves prestigious boards, is one of 100 most influential people in Africa, and holds the title of Queen of Development.
