Previously she was Executive Secretary of the African Capacity Building Foundation and Vice President at the World Bank. Author of several books, including Cities in a Globalizing World: Governance, Performance, and Sustainability (2006), she serves prestigious boards, is one of 100 most influential people in Africa, and holds the title of Queen of Development.
