Robert John Grasseschi holds the record as the all-time leading scorer in basketball at his high school. He was the first player out of his high school league to receive a college basketball scholarship. He was inducted into his high school Hall of Fame, and his playing number was retired. When a life altering knee injury steered him into the fashion world, he became a successful international model. In spite of his accomplishments Robert John was haunted by a deep sense of inadequacy. He left modeling and returned to his hometown to join his beloved high school coach and mentor as an assistant. Those years proved to be a time of both great triumph and deep personal loss. Only after stumbling into the arms of our Heavenly Father did he experience the emotional and physical healing he so desperately needed.
