With 15+ years of experience, she has had an instrumental leadership role in the identification of pursuits, client development, recruiting, team placement, proposal management, and award of multiple national and international billion-dollar contracts. She is a transformational leader with direct experience, having represented all facets of the construction industry.
Dianne currently serves as a Board of Director on three prestigious industry boards: She is the President of the Asian American Architects and Engineers Association of Southern California (AAa/e), she serves as Program Chair of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, Los Angeles Chapter, and is on the Executive Board of the Western Winter Workshop’s Board of Directors.
