Leadership is a continuous journey – navigating relationships, events, and the environments in which we live and work.
In many workplaces, people are promoted to supervisory positions because their technical skills are strong. When they are placed in those leadership roles, they are often not provided the training and support to jump the gap from being strong technical team members to effective leaders. They may struggle and they may even fail in their new role.
If you want to be an average leader, you will be an average leader. However, if you want to be a leader who changes lives-you can be that leader with concentrated effort and self-reflection. In this book, we share the knowledge and insights we’ve gathered through formal education and decades of real-life experience. We offer ideas and strategies for anyone to become a better, more effective leader.
The world could use more amazing leaders. One of those amazing leaders could be you.
