‘Private Lives’ is considered by many critics to be Noël Coward’s masterpiece. Sir Noël Coward was an English playwright, composer, director, actor, singer and raconteur. During his long career, he wrote over 50 plays, hundreds of songs, a number of musical theatre pieces, poems, a novel and an autobiography.
