This is a book containing a selection of my favourite recipes. All the recipes are easy to prepare, use only a few ingredients, are made using cheap cuts and vegetables. The ingredients should be easily obtained in any country. I give instructions for growing three of my favourite herb plants – Curry leaves, lemon grass, and pandanus.
The meals recommended are healthy as they contain limited amounts of fat, sugar, salt and refined flour.
