Self-care is the best care, they say, but have you considered soul care? Soul care is allowing God to fill the voids within that causes us to feel empty inside. We can pamper the outside all day, but if the inside still has missing pieces, we are still incomplete. No one can fill you like the LORD!

Women often forget that essential lesson because we are nurturers and do not know when to stop outpouring to recharge. God commands us to love our neighbor as we love ourselves, so it is essential to care for ourselves. God is the only one who can teach us through His Holy Spirit to love ourselves and others.
