Self-care is the best care, they say, but have you considered soul care? Soul care is allowing God to fill the voids within that causes us to feel empty inside. We can pamper the outside all day, but if the inside still has missing pieces, we are still incomplete. No one can fill you like the LORD!
As a woman, we cannot forget about our mental, emotional, or spiritual needs because we give so much to others. We must love and do for ourselves first to love others properly. We provide until we are empty and overwhelmed, so how can those attached to us receive something we do not have or practice for ourselves? Women often forget that essential lesson because we are nurturers and do not know when to stop outpouring to recharge. God commands us to love our neighbor as we love ourselves, so it is essential to care for ourselves. God is the only one who can teach us through His Holy Spirit to love ourselves and others.

This book is intended to enable women to see themselves through God’s eyes, equip them with daily affirmations to encourage themselves, and motivate women to use the scriptures as weapons against Satan when he tries to get them off course.
