Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (MTHFR) is a key enzyme involved in the folate pathway. Folate, a water soluble B vitamin, naturally present in fruits and vegetables, is a critical methyl donor for several molecular pathways necessary for cellular replication and maintenance.
