Chloe Gray has 15 years experience as an IT Leader and Enterprise Architect working in Financial Services and Manufacturing within global brands, at Board level. Being accountable for Technology Strategy, Transformation and Enterprise Architecture Practices, leading and coaching architecture teams and networks, she is a passionate advocate of Equality, Women in Tech and Future Talent programmes. Chloë was awarded ‘Role Model of Year’ at the 2023 Women in Tech Excellence Annual Awards; and was included in the 2024 ‘Top 100 IT Leaders’ list by the Computing Magazine. Martin Sykes MEng MBA CMgr FCMI MBCS, has over 25 years’ experience as an Enterprise Architecture practitioner, his previous roles include Director in Microsoft Services Enterprise Strategy & Architecture consulting practice, a leader of Enterprise Architecture teams, and coach to EAs around the world. Paul Homan, MSc CITP FBCS is an Open Certified Distinguished IT Architect and retired IBM Distinguished Engineer. His career involved practising, leading, and coaching Enterprise Architecture. Known for pragmatically applying his architected approach, he contributes to TOGAF and Ecosystems Architecture standards
