Martin Sykes MEng MBA CMgr FCMI has over 25 years’ experience as an Enterprise Architecture practitioner, his previous roles include Director in Microsoft Services Enterprise Strategy & Architecture consulting practice, a leader of Enterprise Architecture teams, and coach to EAs around the world. Chloe Gray has over 20 years’ experience as an IT Leader and Enterprise Architect working in Financial Services and Manufacturing within global brands, at Board level – accountable for Technology Strategy, Transformation and Enterprise Architecture Practice. Chloe was awarded ‘Role Model of Year 2023’ and finalist for ‘IT Leader of Year’ at the Women in Tech Excellence Annual Awards. Paul Homan, MSc, CITP, FBCS, is the CTO for the Industrial Sector in IBM Services (UK & Ireland), with over 30 years’ experience in IT. He is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Distinguished IT Architect in The Open Group Open Professions program. He is well known for applying an Architected Approach to delivering strategic business transformation and has been a long-time contributor to the TOGAF Standard.
