She continues to internally verify coursework from the latter, and externally verifies other centres who run regulated counselling qualifications. Her area of interest is in loss and bereavement and she worked for 25 years as a counsellor, supervisor and trainer with Cruse Bereavement Care.  Heather continues to moderate supervision portfolios for Cruse, and runs her own small private practice for counselling, supervision and consultancy.
