Die Beiträge aus diesem Sammelband zur Tagung ‘Prophetische Predigt – parteiische Kirche’ im Herbst 2016 in Hamburg fokussieren die Funktion und Herstellung der Parteilichkeit in Predigten. In sermons social, economical, and political relations are frequently discussed and commented with great self-awareness. These descriptions of global and local developments in homiletic contexts publicly take sides for the Gospel, and are often associated with certain positions. The contributions from this anthology to the conference ‘Prophetic Preaching – Partisan Church’ in Hamburg autumn 2016 focus the function and production of the partiality in preaching. The texts analyze the constitutional conditions of biased and sometimes political sermons in a practical theological, homiletic and systematic-theological perspective, supplemented by a practical, church-leading problem breakdown.
