Nioka Wyatt is an associate professor and director of the Fashion Merchandising and Management programme at Thomas Jefferson University. Nioka spent her tenure working at Qurate Group (QVC) in the Quality Assurance department and later transitioned into jewelry production for celebrities. Nioka has extensive knowledge in fashion merchandising and product development for consumer products. Nioka serves as a consultant in product development and global fashion management. Nioka’s research merges culture, experiential learning, design thinking, production and product development. Nioka earned her MBA and has a BS in fashion industry management from Thomas Jefferson University (Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science).
