Robert has extensive experience in designing, implementing and directing behavioral training programs for universities, colleges and sports organizations of all sizes which make him uniquely qualified to b a subject matter expert. Robert created the Williams Program in response to behavioral challenges he faced while being a young athlete. Robert resides in New York with his wife and two children .
