Robert created The Williams Program a loss mitigation, behavior and resiliency trading system. Robert has extensive experience in designing, implementing and directing behavioral training programs for universities, colleges and sports organizations of all sizes which make him uniquely qualified to b a subject matter expert. Robert created the Williams Program in response to behavioral challenges he faced while being a young athlete. Robert resides in New York with his wife and two children .
