Ann Marie Ryan is a professor ofindustrial/organizational psychology at Michigan State Universityand president of Employee Research Group, a consulting firm. She ispresident of Division 14 of the American Psychological Associationas well as president of the Society for Industrial andOrganizational Psychology.
