Meeting Madness is a guide that was written to start a movement in the workplace. The sheer number of meetings that take place during our workdays is mind-boggling. This book is set up to provide insight into how meetings are and how they should be created, who should and who should not be invited, and when to bring in a facilitator. With all of this insight, you will feel empowered to decline meetings more often and still feel like you have been a valuable part of the conversation. I gained a ton of insight into meetings while writing this book. It has made me hyper-aware of the way I create, accept, facilitate and propose new meetings. I am excited to hear how it changes how you manage your meetings.

First and foremost, I am the mother of three; Caitlin & Collin are twins and Maxwel. I am the CC to my little princess Remi. Without them, I would not be where I am today. I know that sounds cliché, but it is the truth. I wholeheartedly get my energy from seeing others’ achievements.
