This book is set up to provide insight into how meetings are and how they should be created, who should and who should not be invited, and when to bring in a facilitator. With all of this insight, you will feel empowered to decline meetings more often and still feel like you have been a valuable part of the conversation. I gained a ton of insight into meetings while writing this book. It has made me hyper-aware of the way I create, accept, facilitate and propose new meetings.
