REPRESSED NO MORE
At the core of every child who has been abused are lies that have been perpetrated upon them. Getting to the root of those lies can prove to be grueling. How I walked through those sexual abuse repressed memories before coming to realize the basis of my pain was excruciatingly painful. Hanging out in the winter recesses of my mind needed to be stopped, as did my perpetrator. Stopping him proved to be nearly impossible, yet it did not stop me from trying. Through all the turmoil, by God’s grace, I gained a soulful deliverance and healing with exceedingly great joy that I do not believe I could have obtained any other way.
Over de auteur
Deana is a mother of five unique children. Growing up, she witnessed a lot of the contents of this book, so who better to step up and help write it? She was raised in the house of the Lord, but through her own will, she chose a much rougher road to travel. The closer she drew to God’s truths, the straighter her path became as she experienced God’s pure love and grace for her own self. Seeing life through her children’s eyes was what God used for her ultimate awakening. She never realized that God had an intended purpose for all those endless nights she spent reading, writing the story that needed telling.
