Henry Noel Brailsford (1873–1958) was a British writer who abandoned an academic career to become a journalist. He published a number of historical works, including Origins of the Great War and The War of Steel and Gold, as well as accounts of his travels around Europe after World War I: Across the Blockade and After the Peace.
