‘The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.’ – Matthew 13:44
The good news of the Kingdom was Jesus’ primary message. The gate into it is narrow and few find it. Unfortunately, the treasure still lies hidden, undiscovered by many in the church. Without a Kingdom focus, God’s people revert to lesser priorities.
For decades, rather than engage the world, churches have focused on how to escape it. By failing to engage society and advance God’s Kingdom, atheistic and humanistic ideologies now fill the gap. When Christian voices are silent, the world descends into moral confusion, lawlessness and division.
The church as we have known it is about to change. As the first pandemic in a century brought the world to its knees, previous realities are poised for a major reset. We are about to see a reformation that returns the church to its New Testament foundations.
The Kingdom of God is near, the time has come to repent and believe the Good News!
