Over de auteur

Kirstin Hallmann (Ph D, German Sport University Cologne (GSU)), is Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the Institute of Sport Economics and Sport Management at GSU. She also serves as program director of the M.Sc. Sport Management at GSU. Her main research fields are economics of sport demand and consumer behavior in tourism, event, and sport contexts (active and passive participation, volunteering) and competitiveness. Her work is published in leading sport management and tourism journals.
Suvi Heikkinen is an Assistant Professor for Management and Leadership at the School of Business and Economics, University of Jyväskylä, Finland. She is currently acting as the PI for a research project Managing Social Sustainability and Institutional Logics for High Performance Sport Organizations funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture in Finland. Heikkinen holds a title of Docent for University of Tampere and acts as a co-leader in the research group Organisational Ethics, Leadership and HRM (ETHOS). She is acting as a Programme Leader for the International Master’s Degree Programme Responsible Management and Business of Sport (RESPO). Her research interest includes people management and leadership ethics, and particularly social sustainability with emphasis on equality and diversity. She is particularly interested in responsible sport management. Her work has been published in journals like Journal of Business Ethics, Gender, Work and Organization, Scandinavian Journal of Management and International Journal of Human Resource Management.Hanna Vehmas is Senior Lecturer in The Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences at Jyväskylän University, Finland
