It concerns a brilliant, but eccentric scientist named Theodore Honey, who is sent on a mission to investigate the structural integrity of a new type of aircraft. Honey discovers that due to a previously unknown physical phenomenon, the aircraft’s tail is likely to fail after a certain number of flight hours.
