About the author

Peter’s love for the written word began with his first published article as a student in the school magazine. He became a student teacher overseas in Hong Kong in the summer of 1964 for an international service organization. Since then he has taught in the Philippines, Australia, Venezuela, Iran and the United States. As a history major, his predominant career over the last 40 years has been as a social studies teacher. However, Peter’s love for writing has continued to be pursued. His prolific travel experiences have provided him with a wealth of subjects for the many articles and stories he has produced for the general public since 1970.
Peter and his wife, Trudy, live in the beautiful state of Oregon. Their love for the Lord and family has been the heart of many of his most recent work and children stories.
