Sobre o autor

Jeroen Huisman is Professor of Higher Education, Department of Sociology, Ghent University, Belgium. He is editor of Higher Education Policy and co-editor of the
Society for Research into Higher Education (SRHE) book series. His main research interests are higher education policy, institutional governance, organizational change and Europeanization.

Harry de Boer is Deputy-Director and Senior Researcher at the Center for Higher Education Policy Studies, University of Twente, the Netherlands. Within the field of higher education, he specialises in government university relationships, steering models, policy analysis, institutional governance, leadership and management, strategic planning and models of decision making.

David D. Dill is Professor Emeritus of Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. His research interests include public policy analysis, the regulation of academic quality, and research policy. He serves as Director of the Research Program on Public Policy for Academic Quality (http://ppaq.web.unc.edu/).

Manuel Souto-Otero is Senior Lecturer in Education Policy at the School of Social Sciences, Cardiff University He is Associate Editor of the
Journal of Education and Work and previously published
Evaluating European Education Policy Making. His research interests include policy analysis and evaluation, internationalization in educationand the link between education and the labour market.
