The main goal of this volume is to analyze human training to achievement contexts. Using examples of developmental and high performance contexts, topics related to talent development, athletes and teams’ training for high performance situations, and leaders’ training to maximum professional efficacy (including mainly the cases of sports coaches) are discussed.
