Christians, Muslims and Jews all stem from one man, Abraham, and yet relations between them are so often strained. Dr George D Chryssides is Honorary Research Fellow in Contemporary Religion at the University of Birmingham. He holds a M.A. in Philosophy and a B.D. in Systematic Theology from the University of Glasgow and a D.Phil. in Philosophy of Religion from the University of Oxford. He has a particular interest in new religious movements, on which he has published extensively.
