Consuming content grew exponentially in the last couple of years even though people are being flooded with content. What is it that people like to read, hear and see? It is not any kind of content. It is good content. Content that has a high quality, is relevant, understands the users, and speaks their language. Content that creates value and creates a dialogue between the users and the company.
