The concept of religion surfaced in order to establish ethical and moral standards that would bring peace, order, and civility to a violent world. The first pioneers in this effort were Abram and Sarai, who attempted to establish the Jewish religion. This book describes the four-thousand-year-old struggle to achieve this goal, a work in progress to this day, as Judaism still strives and as other religions have surfaced over time. As a member of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, he served as a quality consultant for hospitals in the United States, South America, Europe, and consulted with the Ukraine Ministry of Health for the development of a nationwide hospital accrediting body.
