About the author

Tammy D. Allen is Professor of Psychology at the University
of South Florida. Her research interests include mentoring
relationships, work-family issues, organizational citizenship
behavior, and occupational health psychology. Her research has been
published in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology,
Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Vocational
Behavior.
Lillian T. Eby is Associate Professor of Psychology at
the University of Georgia. Her research focuses on workplace
mentoring, job-related relocation, career success, the work-family
interface, and gender issues in organizations. She has published
over 50 research articles and book chapters and her work appears in
such outlets as Personnel Psychology, Journal of Applied
Psychology, and the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
