Author Biography
MJP Padre is a historical writer of note and is known for his first novel, My Flock in Yankee Blue: A Chaplain’s Diary, Part One. He has been a columnist for a community newspaper in the Sacramento, California area, as well as a columnist in a local sports magazine. He retired as a Major from the California State Military Reserves where, during his 23-year career, he served on five general staffs, commanded a company of soldiers and spent six years as a military historian in the state’s Military History Command. MJ, his wife Sharon and their two cats Rocky and Molly make their home in Sacramento, California.
