Meryl James-Sebro, Ph D is a Christian development anthropologist and gender specialist. Her work focuses on poverty eradication, with special emphasis on mainstreaming gender, violence against women, faith traditions and effective development, and youth and entrepreneurial development. Dr. James-Sebro is the author of two books: Revealing the Power of Gender Mainstreaming: Enhancing Development Effectiveness of Non-governmental Organizations in Africa and Genderstanding Jesus: Women in His View.
