Jo Whitehead is Director of the Ashridge Strategic Management Centre, where he has taught and researched since 2005. He is also a Fellow of the Centre for Management Development at London Business School. Prior to that he spent two decades working at Boston Consulting Group, rising to the level of Vice President. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Ph D from London Business School. He is a co-author of the acclaimed book Think Again: Why Good Leaders Make Bad Decisions and How to Keep It from Happening to You (Harvard Business School Press, 2009).
