Dr. James C. Hsiung is Professor of Politics and international law at New York University, His teaching and research interests go beyond international law and politics, but extend to East Asian politics (China and Japan), Asian international relations, and Asian political cultures. Among his broad professional concerns are America”s strategic stakes in Pacific Asia.
