Tariq Ramadan is a global phenomenon. A Swiss-born Muslim activist, he is the grandson of the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, the radical group credited with inspiring modern Islamic radicalism. A graduate in sociology and political science, she has written many books on such topics as the conservative right, the pro-life movement (France and USA), and current fundamentalist trends in the Abrahamic religions.
