Though much has been written about ethic of care and its importance in education, little is available to guide Christian educators who desire to demonstrate a disposition of care toward self, learners, colleagues, and community. Paul Shotsberger is Professor of Education at Southern Wesleyan University. Prior to his current position, he served as an officer in the United States Navy, a high school mathematics teacher, and a missionary in Ukraine.
