James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner are thebestselling coauthors of The Leadership Challenge, Credibility, The Truth About Leadership, Encouraging the Heart, A Leader’s Legacy, and over a dozen other books and workbooks onleadership. They also developed the highly-acclaimed Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI) a 360-degree assessment toolbased on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership.
