Peercy is a Lecturer in International Development at the University of Minnesota, USA and has extensive experience in governance issues including democratization, decentralization and national level development planning with governments and local organizations in Africa and Southeast Asia. Her main research interests are in political development in post-conflict and fragile states. She will be a Visiting Faculty Member at the University of Conakry, USA in the Autumn.
