'Essays of Travel' is a marvellous composition of R. L. Stevenson, printed in 1905. Stevenson loved travelling, he has written his travelling account in form of essays. In this volume those essays are compiled together in which Stevenson has shared his travelling experiences. Stevenson's travelling account are quite very interesting for travel lovers. France, England and United States are his most favourable and loveable touring places. He has good understanding towards people and their livelihood. According to Stevenson travelling is the best way for fun and pleasure besides this it is also good for acquiring knowledge about place and people. Real experiences of life are very helpful for a person's own vision. In these essays author has given travelling account through Lothian region in Scotland to the Fontainebleau forest in France or the Antwerp region in Belgium. For Stevenson travelling is not escaping rather an opportunity for exploring and uniting the world.
