My consulting partner and co-author, Tim Hewitt, and I are experienced business practitioners who have served as officers/executives of prominent public companies.
My Law Degree ( I’ve practiced for a large national employment/labor law firm ) and Tim’s MBA have served us well in managing organizations .
We’ve worked together in Central Indiana for over 20 years, and have learned life lessons about the successful supervision of people – and we’d like to share that knowledge.
Tim and Tom are both married, with adult children, and have a consulting/training practice in Indiana.
