Jason Jones has more than thirty years of experience in managing crisis events for some of the largest companies with iconic brands in the world, including Target Corporation, Cabela’s, Meta, and Nash Finch Company. Jason attained obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Hastings College. He was the first student to ever be awarded an internship with the Adams County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Task Force. He later achieved his Master’s Degree in Leadership from Augsburg University. He’s is a successful graduate from the esteemed Executive Security International and a Certified Protection Professional and graduated from the Mc Donough School of Business at Georgetown University with a certificate in International Security Management. Jason believes strongly in his community and served as a Reserve Sheriff’s Deputy for the Wright County Sheriff’s Department for several years. Jason has been invited as a guest speaker to colleges, youth organizations, and other community organizations to share his story and insights about leadership and crisis management. Jason is also launching a variety of venues where you can learn more about The Incident Commander through his podcast, You Tube Channel, and website. Jason can often be found working on a baseball field, serving as a tenured board member for the American Legion Post 143 baseball organization, and cheering Lauren and Alex on in their athletic events. Jason has been blessed to be married to his wife Barb for twenty-five years, and they enjoy antiquing in their spare time.
