Foi intérprete para organizações internacionais, jornalista e fotógrafo para vários jornais e revistas portugueses e colaborador permanente nas revistas alemãs ‘P.M. Magazin’ e ‘Eltern’ do grupo G+J /Bertelsmann. É investigador sobre História social europeia.
